These general conditions of sale expressly regulate the relations arising between Telart and customers who purchase products through the online shop by completing steps set forth in the purchase order electronic.
The completion and shipment of a purchase order expresses full knowledge and full and unreserved adherence to each of the general conditions.The customer claims to be of legal age and ability to freely and voluntarily place a purchase order.

The distribution of products is established for the geographical scope of Peninsular Spain, and the Balearic Islands.
Purchases to the Balearic Islands are subject to an increase per service that is always detailed in the order confirmation and in advance of its final validation.
Telart reserves the right to remove or to incorporate the products without prior notice.The device from which you are viewing the products may show slight variations in tone and color on which it is received, especially by being built with natural raw materials.
The features and prices of the products are listed in the tab, and the client declares to know the measures, shapes and arrangement that make up your order according to the specifications expressed in the store and the purchase order.
3.PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
The prices indicated include taxes. Telart reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but products will be billed according to rates and conditions in force at the moment of registering the order.
Automatic order confirmation does not validate erroneous pricing conditions. Upon detecting that an error has been made in the introduction of the price of an item after receipt of an order, we will inform as soon as possible of the incident to offer the option of cancellation or maintenance under the correct conditions. Without the express conformity to the correct price conditions, the shipment will not proceed.
The client accepts that Telart accept your order in function of the workload at that time and will do everything possible to respond to any order. In the event that a product could not serve in the date , the customer will be informed of the partial delivery of the order or of the cancellation of the same.
In case of cancellation, any amount paid in accordance with the payment method made by the customer or by transfer will be refunded.
You can pay for your purchases via PayPal, bank transfer, or counter-refund payment upon receipt of your order. Commercial transactionsare performed in a secure server environment under SSL protocol and all communications are transmitted coded to ensurethe highest level of protection.
BANK TRANSFER:To pay through this means must deposit or a transfer for the amount of the order to the specified account to complete the purchase. Do not accept the deposit of checks or similar.
These operations require between 24 and 48 hours depending on the entities involved in the process. It is imperative that such entry or transfer stating the order number provided in the confirmation of the purchase, as well as the identification of the owner.

5.ORDERS AND DELIVERY TIME
Once the duly completed purchase order is received, a confirmation of the order placed is sent to the email address indicated by the customer.
The delivery time is indicated on the proforma invoice that is sent to the customer, and will range from 2 to 10 working days at the maximum time, and may vary depending on the delivery area. It will be counted by working days (Monday to Friday) from the moment the processing of your order takes effect, after confirmation of the proforma by the customer.
If you want to the delivery of an order at a term subsequent to that indicated in the proforma invoice, please communicate by e-mail to the e-mail address email@example.com when you receive the order confirmation and the product will be delivered in the dates requested.
From 70 euros of purchase the shipping is free within the geographical area specified in these conditions (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
The shipping cost for purchases with less than this amount will be specified and will appear clearly differentiated from its price before you validate the payment. In these moments the shipments to peninsular Spain amount to 6,90€, while the Balearic islands amount to 12€.
Shipments will be made to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal. The shipping cost is 15 euros.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (not public holidays) in the morning or afternoon, and the customer must verify the conformity of the order and the perfect condition of the goods.
If you wish to change the previously agreed delivery date, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
In the event that you notice damage at the time of the receipt of the products purchased, it must clearly specify the anomalies on the delivery note and notified in a maximum period of 24 hours by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org attaching photos of the affected product.
